Over the course of his thirty-plus year career in finance, Mr. Gadala-Maria has led numerous investment management firms. His professional history includes executive roles at Bankers Trust Company (North American Deputy Group Head), Vestrust Securities (Principal and Founding Partner), Dresdner Lateinamerika Financial Advisors (Chief Executive Officer), EFG Capital International (President) and, most recently, PRS International (President and CEO). Mr. Gadala-Maria has been involved with corporate fixed income as a trader or investor for most of his career.
Mr. Gadala-Maria is a board member of Global Investor Services, LC , a Miami-based Broker-Dealer. He is also the Honorary Consul of the Principality of Monaco for El Salvador and a Chevalier of the Order of Grimaldi.
Mr. Gadala-Maria received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Rochester.
Ken has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, during most of which he has focused on private wealth management in Miami. After beginning his career at Credit Suisse in New York, Ken began managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals first at SunTrust Bank and later at PRS International.
Ken holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificate and served on the board of CFA Society Miami from 2007 to 2015.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wesleyan University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Richard began his career in financial services at Wells Fargo Securities where he spent two years structuring interest rate derivatives and three years in debt capital markets and corporate finance advising clients on capital structures and financing solutions.
Richard is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Richard graduated from Villanova University in 2012 where he majored in Finance and Accounting and minored in Mathematics.
Diego began his financial services career in banking, first as an analyst for an international private bank and most recently as a commercial banking analyst for Wells Fargo. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Diego underwrote credit exposure for companies with revenues over $50 million by conducting in-depth financial statement analysis on leverage, sources of repayment, cash flow, and other factors.
Diego is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Diego received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and his Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University.
